Job Description
The Oracle Academy supports colleges, universities and secondary schools to integrate Oracle technology and curriculum into computer science, engineering, and business curricula.We are looking for a summer intern to:
Conduct market research as follows:
Identify the community colleges across the United States that offer Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent) degree programs.
Identify the Chair of these institution’s Computer Science or Engineering departments.
Review these institution’s Course Catalogs and assess where Oracle Academy software, curriculum (e.g., database, SQL, Java, etc.), certification resources, or faculty training might add value.
Present findings to Oracle Academy staff who will reach out to the appropriate Department Chair.
Write-up and record market research findings.
Produce activity reports as needed.
Requirements
Currently a college student with a track record of academic excellence.
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills.
Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
The ability to work an 8-hour work day at Oracle headquarters.
